Youth Group: TGIF

Are you a high school student who wants to deepen your relationship with God and grow in the Catholic faith? Would you like a place to hang out with other like-minded teens? Then New Castle TGIF youth group is for you. TGIF stands for Teens Growing In Faith. It is comprised of teens from the four city parishes of New Castle (St. Vitus, St. Vincent de Paul, St. Joseph the Worker, and Mary, Mother of Hope). We typically meet at St. Vincent de Paul’s youth room three times a month, on Sunday nights from 6 – 8, for a healthy mix of social time, prayer, games, talks on Catholic topics, recreational outings, and/or service projects.  The aim is to provide a fun and relaxed atmosphere where you can grow in your faith, grow in your relationship with God, make friends, and get more involved in parish life. Anyone in grades 9 – 12 (they need not be Catholic) are welcome. Please download the calendar for more details. If you have any questions, e-mail us at newcastletgif@gmail.com, check out our facebook page New Castle Catholic Youth Ministry- Teens Growing In Faith, or follow us on twitter @newcastletgif.
